COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Goodwill of the Southern Rivers will soon host its fifth annual hiring event and resource fair in Columbus.
There will be more than 1,300 job opportunities across multiple industries, with over 50 employers participating.
It will be held at the Columbus Convention and Trade Center on May 20 from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. The center is located at 801 Front Avenue in Columbus.
Jobs will offer competitive wages ranging up to $80,000/year, benefits, and chances for career advancement. Employers will host on-the-spot interviews, and job seekers will potentially receive same-day job offers.
Officials encourage attendees to dress up, bring copies of their resume, and prepare to participate in interviews. Goodwill will offer free career-readiness support in preparation for the event.
