COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Goodwill of the Southern Rivers will host its 24th annual Scholarship Golf Tournament to raise money for its GED program.

The event will be held at Bull Creek Golf Course, located at 7333 Lynch Road in Midland on May 14. Check-in will begin at 8 a.m. with the morning round starting at 9 a.m.

Lunch will be provided by Chick-Fil A and will be served between rounds for participants. The afternoon round will begin at 1:30 p.m.

There will also be on-course events, prizes, and the change to drive home in a brand-new car with the “Hole #17 Hole-in One” grand prize.

This annual tournament helps raise funds for Goodwill’s BRIDGE GED Program. According to representatives, this program provides one-on-one support to young adults aged 18-30 to help them complete their high school education and gain access to career opportunities.
