COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The Muscogee County School District is inviting job seekers to its upcoming Educator Fair, aimed at recruiting teachers, paraprofessionals and professional support staff for the 2026–2027 school year.
The hiring event will take place on Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Carver High School, located at 3100 8th Street in Columbus.
District officials say candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree to be considered for teaching positions, although some Career and Technical Education roles may allow exceptions. A teaching certificate is not required to attend the fair.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with school leaders, learn about available positions, and begin the application process on-site. Organizers encourage interested applicants to register online in advance.
