McDonald’s Works To Increase Diversity
MCDONALD'S LINKS EXECUTIVE PAY TO DIVERSITY TARGETS
(CNN) – McDonald’s is trying to overhaul its workplace culture.
The fast food chain announced it is planning to tie executive pay to diversity goals.
One of those goals include increasing the percentage of women in senior director and above roles from 37% to 45% by the end of 2025.
Another goal aims at increasing underrepsentated groups in those higher level positions from 29% to 35%.
