REPORT FINDS AMERICANS HAVE CHANGED THEIR DAY TO DAY HABITS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
(CNN) – A new report reveals that Americans have changed their day-to-day habits so much it could have serious health implications.
ValuePenguin.com released the results of its latest survey of more than 2,000 Americans.
Researchers found one in four Americans are sleeping less during this pandemic.
One in five are drinking more alcohol.
When asked, people also listed using tobacco and not getting enough exercise as their unhealthiest habit.
Not every change found in the study is unhealthy.
The report also found nearly half of those surveyed are making healthier changes, like eating vegetables and avoiding fast food.
