Surprise Covid Inspection At Orlando Theme Parks

COVID "STRIKE TEAMS" MAKE SURPRISE INSPECTIONS AT DISNEY THEME PARKS

(CNN) – Compliance with coronavirus guidelines is a mixed bag at the Disney theme parks near Orlando.

That’s according to county “strike teams,” which made a surprise inspection at the parks Monday.

Magic Kingdom and Sea World got a passing grade when it comes to complying with COVID guidelines.

The inspectors did see some guests not heeding the face mask rules, but park employees worked to enforce them.

The Fun Spot theme park was listed as not compliant, because some visitors ditched their masks during rides.

Results for Universal Orlando are not available yet.

While Gatorland is waiting for another review, because some guests were seen not wearing their masks properly.

Strike teams are designed to make sure businesses follow the county’s coronavirus guidelines.
