Microsoft Allowing Some To Work From Home Permanently

MICROSOFT IS PLANNING TO ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO WORK FROM HOME LESS THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE TIME ONCE THE PANDEMIC IS OVER

(CNN) – Microsoft is planning to allow some employees to work from home permanently.

The company announced new flexible guidelines; including work hours and work location.

Once the pandemic is over, Microsoft says the standard will be working from home less than 50% of the time, with manager approval.

Most employees have been working from home since March.
