A Quick Warm-up, Staying Dry

Several rounds of high pressure will dominate the region well into next week keeping it dry and very comfortable. We’ll warm up a bit on Thursday ahead of yet another cold front that will cool daytime highs down again heading into the weekend. This cold front will reinforce the drier air already in place, but really knock down the humidity with dew points in the 40s and perhaps some 30s. Wow!

We’re also keeping an eye on a tropical wave down in the Caribbean that could become a tropical depression by this weekend as it heads toward the Yucatán Peninsula. Models not doing much with it,  but we’ll be keeping a close watch.

Keep smiling,
