Warm Monday But Cooler Weather On The Way
One last day with highs in the low 80s today. Afterwards, a strong cold front will move into the southeast today and bring a round of showers and thunderstorms into our area. Some isolated severe storms are possible with damaging winds being the main threat, as the Storm Prediction Center has a small area of our viewing area (Chambers and Lee County) under a marginal risk for severe weather. Expect showers and thunderstorms to form with the passage of the cold front in the late afternoon into the overnight hours for our area. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will stick around for much of tomorrow before clearing begins on Wednesday. Much colder temperatures start to arrive on Tuesday and stick around through the end of the week. Highs will average about 10 degrees below normal this week with lows possibly in the upper 40s for some locations.
Hope You Enjoy The Fall Temperatures!
