Mexico Suggests U.S. To Extend Border Restrictions

MEXICO PROPOSED EXTENSION TO US-MEXICO BORDER RESTRICTIONS UNTIL OCTOBER 21ST

(CNN) – Mexico proposed the United States to extend the border restriction until October 21st.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mexico suggested the U.S. to postpone the restriction of the “non-essential” transportation through the border, according to the Secretary of Foreign relations.

The Foreign Ministry explained the provisions would stay the same way as they have been since March 21st.
