AMAZON IS HIRING 100,000 PEOPLE FOR MINIMUM-WAGE JOBS

(CNN) – Many people in the United States have lost their jobs and are out of work amid the ongoing pandemic.

If you’re one of them, listen up.

Amazon is in need of workers… A lot more!

The company announced on Monday it’s hiring 100,000 people to staff warehouses, delivery stations, and other sites.

The available Amazon jobs in the U.S. and Canada pay roughly minimum-wage, which starts at $15.00 per hour with benefits.

It is also offering sign-on bonuses “up to a $1,000” in some cities.

In addition, Amazon is holding a virtual career day on Wednesday.

The company is looking to fill 33,000 job openings in corporate and tech roles.
