Alaska Airlines To Start Suspending Travelers
ALASKA AIRLINES WILL START ISSUING FINAL NOTICES TO CUSTOMERS THAT REFUSE TO WEAR MASKS AND THEIR TRAVEL COULD BE SUSPENDED
(CNN) – Alaska Airlines is sick of passengers who refuse to wear face masks.
The carrier announced on Tuesday flight attendants are now able to issue final notices to anyone who repeatedly refuses to cover their face on while on board.
That notice will come in the form of a yellow card and passengers who get them could be suspended from flying.
All passengers will also be asked to sign a health agreement that promises they will adhere to the airline’s mask policy before they board.
Exceptions exist for children under two and people with certain disabilities.
Masks will be provided for any passenger who does not have one.
It’s not known exactly how long passengers who receive yellow cards will be suspended from the airline.
