Higher Rain Chances Continue
Almost a rinse and repeat forecast from yesterday. The only main ingredient we’re missing from yesterday is the amount of wind shear in our area. Of course, this is a major ingredient for severe weather and with that piece missing the storms should stay below severe limits. Although strong thunderstorms are possible in the late afternoon and early evening hours. Abundant cloud cover and morning rain showers will keep most of us about ten degrees below normal with highs in the lows 80s today. Tomorrow high pressure builds into our area and suppresses rain chances to the typical 20 to 30 percent, for the summer. Accordingly, highs will climb into the upper 80s and low 90s on Friday.
