Pope Issues New Spending Regulations
POPE FRANCIS HAS ISSUED NEW ANTI-CORRUPTION REGULATIONS FOR AWARDING VATICAN CONTRACTS

The move is an attempt to boost transparency following a financial scandal last October involving a secret $200 million London property purchase.
The new regulations are also aimed at reducing spending.
