Memorial Weekend Forecast

A Summer-like pattern will take over the Memorial Weekend. Highs will be in the 90s today through Sunday for most locations. Dew points also will be close to 70 making it feel even hotter, not to mention the humidity in the air. Showers and scattered thunderstorms are possible during the late afternoon thru the early evening hours. Some of the storms could be strong in our area with a chance of severe weather to the north and east of our viewing area today. Saturday, will be a little drier with high pressure briefly in control. Better chances of rain and thunderstorms return Sunday and Monday. Make sure you have an alternative plan at least for a few hours on Memorial Day but don’t cancel any plans you might have.
