Dry Conditions Continue Today
Welcome to the weekend!
Expect another dry and warm day as a persistent ridge of high pressure strengthens over the Southeast today. Flow from the Gulf could make the air a little sticky this afternoon, but no rain. Highs will hit the upper 80s with some areas hitting 90 degrees to our south under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Dry conditions stay with us on Sunday with highs reaching the low 90s under a mix of sun and clouds. Weekend lows will range from the mid 60s to near 70.
Rain finally returns to the forecast briefly on Monday as a cold front moves through triggering scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
