A Dry and Cooler Wednesday

It was another beautiful day today across the Chattahoochee Valley and the Plains. Lots of sunshine and it stayed dry.

That cold front that passed through giving us wicked weather early Monday morning (I said Wednesday morning in the video clip, my bad!) has become stationary down to our south. It might attempt to lift back towards the area tonight and trigger a few showers in the southern tier of the WLTZ viewing area, but high pressure should keep it at bay. The front will quickly move off to the east and Wednesday afternoon will be sunny and cooler.

Conditions remain calm all the way through Friday, then a chance of rain comes back as we get into the weekend. We could see some strong thunderstorms on Sunday morning. Not anticipating anything severe, but let’s go ahead and keep an eye on that just in case.

Keep smiling,
