A Warm, Dry Saturday

We stay dry today with highs in the low 80s under a mix of sun and clouds. The clouds will stick around tonight, but we remain rain-free with lows in the mid 50s to around 60. A cold front approaching from the west could trigger a few spotty showers on Sunday, but most of the area won’t see a drop. Sunday’s highs will push into the low to mid 80s. Sunday night drops back down to the mid 50s to around 60.

High pressure along the coast to the northeast of us will stall the cold front, but scattered showers finally move in Tuesday as the high moves out to sea. Expect isolated showers on Monday before the bulk of the rain hits on Tuesday and Wednesday. With the warm daytime temperatures, marginal instability could give birth to a few isolated thunderstorms across both days.

Next week’s highs will hover in the low to mid 80s before cooling down into the mid to upper 70s by late week. Nighttime lows will range from the low to mid 60s before dipping to the mid 50s as we approach the weekend.
