First Confirmed Coronavirus Death In Columbus

FIRST RECORDED CORONAVIRUS DEATH IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA OCCURED ON MARCH 29TH

Columbus, Georgia has recorded it’s first Coronavirus death. An 85 year-old man was pronounced dead in Piedmont ICU shortly after 4 pm on Sunday, March 29th.

As of Sunday afternoon, Muscogee County has 8 confirmed cases of Coronavirus according to current data posted on state website.

As of 12:00 pm on March 30th, Georgia has 2,683 confirmed coronavirus cases and 83 confirmed deaths.
