Rebula, Huff lead Tigers in second round of Amer Ari Invitational

Jovan Rebula and Graysen Huff are each in the top 10 following the second round of the Amer Ari Invitational Friday afternoon. Rebula is tied for sixth at 8-under (68-68–136), while Huff is tied for ninth at 7-under (70-67–137).
No. 11 Auburn is in seventh overall at 17-under (279-280–559).
Rebula had five birdies and 12 pars to match his first round at 4-under. Huff, competing as an individual, was one off his career low with a 5-under 67 following a team-best six birdies to go along with 11 pars.
Brandon Mancheno (70-71–141) and Wells Padgett (72-69–141) are tied for 31st at 3-under after the second round at the par-72 Kings’ Course. The duo combined for nine birdies and 22 pars in their second circuits of the spring.
Andrew Kozan is tied for 40th at 2-under (70-72–142) after an even-par round. The junior rattled off three birdies on the back nine to highlight his day.
Alex Vogelsong rounded out the lineup and is tied for 77th at 2-over (71-75–146).
No. 2 Georgia Tech leads the field at 33-under (543), followed by No. 10 Texas (548), No. 17 Arizona State (550), No. 4 Pepperdine (555) and No. 3 Texas Tech (555).
Auburn is paired with Oklahoma State, San Jose State and Texas Tech for the final round Saturday with a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. CT off the fourth, fifth and sixth holes.
