2019 Second Hottest Year On Earth
NOAA AND NASA SCIENTISTS AGREE: 2019 WAS EARTH'S SECOND HOTTEST YEAR ON RECORD
(CNN) – NOAA and NASA scientists agree: 2019 was earth’s second hottest year on record.
They made the announcement in their annual global climate assessment on Wednesday.
2016 still holds the top spot for all time high temps.
But according to NOAA, the average temperature last year was 1.7 degrees Fahrenheit above the 20th-century average.
NOAA’s climate data goes back 140-years.
Now get this; the last decade was the warmest in recorded history.
That’s just another sign the dangerous warming unleashed by the use of fossil fuels is not diminishing.
