That frigid air mass has arrived! As the rain moves out by late morning, the cold air moves in behind it. Temperatures will fall during the day. Blustery winds will make it feel like the mid to upper 30s (as low as the upper 20s to low 30s for areas north of Muscogee County) for much of the day. Expect below freezing temperatures tonight and Wednesday night, so be sure to insulate pipes and bring in your pets and plants.

High pressure will keep conditions dry Wednesday and Thursday before another front pushes through and adds rain back into the forecast Thursday night into Friday. Daytime highs and nighttime lows will get progressively warmer and return back to the 60s and 40s respectively by the weekend, but still below average for this time of the year.

Keep smiling,
