Clouds to Start the Week, Rain Chances Early Friday
SLIGHT CHANCE FOR SHOWERS TUESDAY; RAINFALL LIKELY OVERNIGHT THU/FRI
After a good taste of fall weather over the past few days, temperatures will be making a moderating trend this week. A disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico will skirt by the area over the next 36 hours, bringing an increase in cloud cover and a slight chance of a passing shower, especially early Tuesday.
The rest of the week fill feature sun and clouds with highs warming back up into the 70s. Overnight lows will be warmer as well, back in the 50s.
Clouds increase again Thursday ahead of a sharp cold front. The best chances for rainfall associated with the front will come late Thursday into Friday morning before the front moves through. The cold front will leave another crisp air mass in its wake with highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s for the weekend and lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s.
