Rain Returns Tuesday
We enjoyed a beautiful start to the week, but our fortunes will be changing and we’ll be pulling out the umbrellas again.
Tuesday through Thursday will see daily showers and possible thunderstorms as a ridge to our southeast backs up toward the area and pushes that rain into the region. We’ve also got an approaching cold front coming out of the west that should pass through the area by Friday. Strong storms are possible on Halloween out ahead of the front.
As for Halloween night, parents might want to make a back-up plan for trick-or-treating. There’s a good chance the rain will stick around by then, so add slickers and umbrellas to the costume ensemble if you do plan to brave the weather and head out to snag some chocolate.
Once the front passes on Friday, expect beautiful Fall weather Friday through the weekend and an opportunity to get outdoors!
