Jimmy Carter Hospitalized After Fall At Home
JIMMY CARTER IS EXPECTED TO RECOVER AT HOME FROM A FALL THAT RESULTED IN A PELVIC FRACTURE
(CNN) – Former president Jimmy Carter is in the hospital after falling in his Georgia home.
He suffered a minor pelvic fracture in the Monday night accident.
His spokesperson says he will recover at home.
It marks the second time this month the 95-year-old has been injured in a fall.
He made headlines earlier this month for traveling to Nashville to help build homes for Habitat for Humanity after the first fall.
Carter was photographed wearing a bandage on his forehead and sporting a black eye while he worked.
He is the oldest living president.
