Showers and Thunderstorms Tuesday and Wednesday
Drier Conditions Thursday and Friday
After a rather gloomy Monday, we’ve got more rain in the forecast through Wednesday. A shortwave of energy will kick up more showers and isolated thunderstorms Tuesday as a wedge of high pressure to our northeast breaks down.
A weak cold front pushes through Wednesday with more showers and thunderstorms out ahead of it, but high pressure filters in behind this front bringing a quick shot of drier air. This will limit shower and storm development Thursday into Friday with mostly sunny skies returning. It should be less humid across those two days, too.
Another frontal boundary looks to develop as we head into the weekend and ups our rain chances a bit for Saturday and Sunday. The humidity also makes a return.
