Lee County Humane Society Hosting Microchip Event

A grant from State Farm will allow the Lee County Humane Society to host It’s Hip to Microchip, a microchip clinic with Carefree Cats Mobile Vet Clinic.

A pet microchip greatly increase the chance of your pet being returned to you if they are ever lost or stolen.

The microchip clinic provides the opportunity to get your pet microchipped for only $15.

The average cost of a pet microchip is $45, so take advantage of this steal of a deal! This clinic is available to anyone who has a pet that needs a microchip, not just adopters. The clinic is a cash-only offer and is applicable to both cats and dogs.

It will be August 17, 2019 from 12-3 pm CST.

LCHS is open for adoptions 12-5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

All available pets can be viewed online at www.leecountyhumane.org/adopt. There are currently more than 200 pets available for adoption!
