Keep the ‘Brella Handy this Weekend
Showers and Thunderstorms Saturday and Sunday
There will be ample moisture to tap into, so we can expect scattered showers and thunderstorms again today through the weekend especially in the afternoon and evening. Some of these storms could get quite strong with gusty winds, heavy rain and lightning. Nothing severe is anticipated, but we will keep a close eye out.
Daytime highs will hover around the norm through early next week with nighttime lows running up to 5 degrees above seasonal. Heat indices will also try to push into the low 100s daily, so make sure you stay hydrated if you plan to spend time outdoors.
