Prowling Thunderstorms

Typical Summertime Humidity

Areas that received some rain during our Independence Day will pick up a little late-night/early morning fog.   Summertime humidity will be the mainstay as well.

Once the patches of low clouds and fog burn off with some sunshine returning, we will be back on our way to another hot afternoon on Friday.  Thunderstorms will hit/miss once again, and that will likely continue both days of the weekend.   Outside of these storms, temperatures will be in excess of 90, but only in the 70s when it is raining.

Next week may turn out quieter in the thunderstorm department for a while.  However, a storm developing in the northern Gulf of Mexico will have to be monitored toward the second half of the week.
