Hot As A Firecracker

Hit/Miss T-Storms

90+ degree weather continues across the Chattahoochee Valley for the rest of this week, and for the foreseeable future.   Factor in the humidity and several other variables, such as the lack of wind, and only hit/miss thunderstorms, and the heat index will likely crack the 100 degree barrier for a time during the afternoon.    So, if you are reveling in our nation’s 243rd birthday, you’ll be sweating when outdoors.

Spotty thunderstorms will continue, primarily during the afternoon and evening hours, through this weekend.   Quieter weather may return for a time early next week.   Stay safe, and stay cool.
