This soldier who was once in the Marines excels in the making, modification, and repair of an assortment of ballistic weapons.

Sergeant Gossett has served as an indirect fire infantryman team leader while in the marines.

He has seen action during a combat deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom where he earned his combat action badge.

Now because of continued army excellence Sergeant Benjamin Gossett has been selected as the Columbus Rotary Club’s Soldier of the Week.
