Local Ronald McDonald House Partners with Wee Blessing

Local Business to Provide Free Outfits Quarterly

Thursday was a special day at the Ronald McDonald House on Hamilton Road in Columbus as they announced a new partnership with Wee Blessing, a local company that provides parents hand-picked outfits for their children from top name brands at a fraction of the cost.  And to celebrate the new partnership, Wee Blessing delivered a “Blessing Box” to a family currently staying at the house.

“We are here to provide to one family that is here outfits for her newborn son and we wanted to just give a little bit back to the community,” said Alicia Werle, Wee Blessing Founder and CEO.

Tiffany Bamberger, Assistant Director of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of West Georgia added: “We are so excited to partner with Wee Blessing. They are going to sponsor one of our families once per quarter and they are going to provide a selection of outfits for the family we select.”

The “Blessing Box” includes three to five outfits for the hospitalized child. The Ronald McDonald House Charities of West Georgia provides temporary lodging, meals and many other services to families while their child is being treated at local hospitals and it is all free of charge.
