Here’s What Will Happen To Your iTunes Music/Movies

APPLE IS SET TO GET RID OF ITUNES, BUT YOUR MUSIC AND OTHER CONTENT ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE

(CNN) – Apple is killing iTunes, but there’s no need to worry about all the music you’ve collected and playlists you’ve made over the years.

The company said this week it is phasing-out iTunes and replacing it with three separate applications. Apple music, Apple TV and Podcasts.

Your content will be in one of these three places.

This update will be part of Mac’s new processing system, Catalina, which is expected to be available in the fall.

If you use a PC,  you won’t see anything different, for now, because Apple has yet to decide when to push these apps for windows.

The windows version of iTunes by the way is the most popular app on its digital store, ahead of Netflix and Spotify.
