The Hughston Foundation Still Accepting Applications for Scrubs Camp

High school and college students will get hands on medical experience through the Hughston Foundation’s Scrubs Camp.

The four day camp is for high school 9th graders to college sophomores June 17-20 and July 15-18.

Kids will get experience with sutures, use equipment to dissect and scope a real shoulder, learn to tape a foot, make a thumb splint, visit respiratory therapy, the dental and pharmacy department and get a chance to learn more about the nursing simulators.

The camp is still taking applications and have about 60 spots left!

But, the deadline is Friday, May 31, so if you’d like to send your kids to this camp visit
