Dry & Sunny Tuesday, Unsettled Weather Coming
Could we hit 90 degrees today?
Dry weather stays with us today as high pressure remains dominant, but continues to slide toward the coast. By tomorrow, southwest flow on the back end of that ridge of high pressure will begin to filter moisture in from the Gulf kicking off an unsettled stretch of weather. As the ridge slides further to the east, a frontal boundary will approach from the west. Though the front looks to stall before hitting our area, several mid-level disturbances will interact with it and give us a chance for a few rounds of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday through the first part of next week.
TODAY- Sunny with highs in the upper 80s with some low 90s.
TONIGHT- Mostly clear with lows in the mid 60s.
TOMORROW- Partly cloudy with a slight chance for showers. Highs in the upper 80s.
