Soldier of The Week MSG Nania

The Master Sergeant currently serves as the chief training developer for the Directorate of Training and Doctrine's weapons and gunnery branch at Fort Benning.

Fort Benning is home to the U.S. Army Armor School which benefits from troops like the soldier of the week.

Master Sergeant Cory Nania is a senior armor NCO.

The Master Sergeant currently serves as the chief training developer for the Directorate of Training and Doctrine’s weapons and gunnery branch at Fort Benning.

MSG Nania has served in numerous leadership rolesĀ  from an M-1 armor crewman to master gunner and First Sergeant.

He is advanced leader, master driver, and decorated army recruiter qualified.

MSG Nania has racked up three combat deployments, two to Iraq and one to Afghanistan and now because of continued army excellence Master Sergeant Cory Nania is the Columbus Rotary Club’s soldier of the week.
