A Hot Tuesday
Pushing to near 10 degrees above the norma
Warmer than normal weather persists across the region as daytime highs will push near 90 this afternoon. We’ll stay dry through Wednesday as southerly flow begins to pump in moisture up from the Gulf. A shortwave and a frontal boundary coming in from the northwest will tap into that moist, warm air and will try to initiate isolated showers and possibly a thunderstorm Thursday with a chance remaining in the forecast all the way through the weekend. At this point, the ingredients don’t look to be available to trigger any severe weather.
TODAY- Sunny with highs in the upper 80s with areas possibly hitting 90.
TONIGHT- Partly cloudy with lows in the mid 60s.
TOMORROW- Partly sunny with highs in the mid 80s.
