FORD WILL CLOSE THREE PLANTS IN RUSSIA
(CNN) – Ford is closing three of its four plants in Russia.
The closures include assembly lines in Naberezhnye Chelny and St. Petersburg, and an engine plant in Yelabuga.
It’s unclear how many jobs will be affected.
Ford announced last year that it was restructuring in order to generate new products, such as electric and self-driving vehicles.
