People are still needed to help tornado victims

The corner of Lee County road  298 and Lee road 430 is Smiths Station Baptist church now a whirlwind of activity  serving tornado victims and volunteers.

The all purpose church building has become tornado recovery volunteer central

People here will try and answer questions and fill your most immediate needs.

The deadly March 3rd tornado is fresh on the minds of these student volunteers and others who are ready to sign you up for some badly needed volunteer work.

If you want to do something for tornado victims but aren’t sure exactly how you could help, people here are ready to point you in the right direction
