Nice Stretch of Weather… Until…

Isolated Severe Thunderstorms Possible Thursday PM/Friday AM

Somewhat drier air sprawls across the region so expect rain-free conditions and a good bit of sunshine today. Pleasant weather stays in place Wednesday as high pressure will be in control. That ridge will slowly move east allowing a southwesterly flow to move in Thursday bringing in more moisture and cloud cover.

An approaching cold front from the west could spawn a few light showers ahead of it on Thursday. As of now, the best chance for thunderstorms will be Thursday night into Friday morning. There could be enough instability that some of these storms could turn severe in nature. This is something that we will continue to monitor. The front moves out Saturday so the weekend looks to be drier and cooler.

TODAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy with highs in the low to mid 70s.

TONIGHT: Variable cloudiness with lows in the low to mid 50s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 70s.

Keep smiling,
