Cold Start Thursday, But Warming Up

Severe Weather Risk This Weekend

After a frigid morning, temperatures will start to warm up a bit today as high pressure keeps us dry. While low pressure develops out to the west, there could be enough mid-level energy ahead of it to bring a chance of rain as early as late Friday.

As a frontal boundary makes its way in Saturday into Sunday, not only will there be a chance for showers, but enough instability could exist for thunderstorms. A few isolated strong storms cannot be ruled out Saturday night into Sunday morning. We will need to monitor this closely the next few days for any changes in timing and strength.

TODAY: Sunny with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy with lows in the upper 30s to low 40s.

TOMORROW: Highs in the mid 60s to around 70 under mostly cloudy skies. Isolated showers possible to our north.

Keep smiling!
