The Warmth Remains… For Now.

NEAR RECORD TEMPS THURSDAY

Not much in store for rain today, but a quick shot of energy could push through the area and bring a few sprinkles, but the better chance for rain will be well to our north tonight and Thursday morning. Of course, the big weather story remains the 15-20 degree above normal temperatures we have been seeing as of yesterday. That trend continues today and we could even see near record highs on Thursday.

The warmer temps will not last long as a cold front is expected to slide through and bring more seasonal highs and lows for Friday and the weekend. A few isolated showers are possible Friday out ahead of the front. It will be cool and dry Saturday, but slight rain chances return by Sunday afternoon and hang with us into early next week as we prepare for our next system later in the week.

TODAY:  A few sprinkles in the morning then a slight chance for isolated showers late under cloudy skies. Highs in the low to mid 70s.

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with a slight chance for showers. Lows in the mid to upper 50s.

TOMORROW: Partly cloudy with near record highs in the mid 70s to around 80. Breezy at times with gusts up to 15 mph.

 Keep smiling!
