The Warm-Up Begins
Rain returns to the forecast this weekend
High pressure behind that secondary cold front will keep us dry through Friday. We will also warm up as temperatures slowly rebound to around seasonal by tomorrow. A few quick shots of energy will move across the region through the weekend, so isolated showers are possible Saturday, Sunday and into early next week. A few thunderstorms could pop Tuesday and Wednesday, too.
Daytime highs for weekend will hit the low to mid 60s with nighttime lows in the upper 40s to low 50s. Eyeballing 70 degree weather maybe as early as Monday. Highs/low will stay 10-15 degrees above normal through mid-week.
TODAY: Mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 50s.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear with lows in the low to mid 30s.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.
