A good night’s sleep helps fight alzheimer’s.

A new study suggests poor sleep may be an early sign of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Researchers at Washington University in St. Louis found older adults who got less deep sleep had ore of the brain proteins linked to Alzheimer’s.

In fact the total amount of sleep did not play a factor in cognitive decline only the quality of that sleep.
