Regular sleep patterns help kids control their weight.

Good sleep habits may help kids become slimmer teens.

That’s according to a new study from Penn State University.

Researchers surveyed the parents of over two thousand children.

They found kids who had no bedtime routine by age 9 had a higher BMI when they were 15 than those with regular bedtimes.

Experts say consistent bedtimes for kids are important even if they don’t fall asleep right away.
