People who do yoga say they love what it does to their bodies .

If  you want to feel better about your body , you may want to try yoga.

Researchers from the University of Minnesota surveyed nearly 50 young adults of all body types who practiced yoga at least 30 minutes a week.

83-percent said yoga had a positive impact on their body image.

They felt good about the physical challenges and grateful for what their bodies can do.
