Exercising at night doesn’t keep you awake at night.

Another new study from Switzerland busts the myth that exercising at night can cause sleep problems.

It showed people who worked out in the four hours before bedtime spend the same amount of time in deep sleep and those who did no evening exercise.

There was one exception to the rule.

Vigorous training within an hour of going to bed delayed the time it took to fall asleep.
