Older people more likely to have a heart attack on Christmas day.

It’s the season for presents, mistletoe and heart attacks!

A new study conducted in Sweden finds people are more likely to have a heart attack on Christmas Eve then other day of the year!

The risk was highest among people over 75 and those who already had heart disease or diabetes.

Experts say the high physical and emotional stress of the holiday is the likely culprit.

The risk of a heart attack peaked at 10 pm on Christmas Eve.
