Study: Too Much Sleep= Greater Risk Of Death

(CNN) – If you’re in bed more than eight hours each night… Listen up.
A new study in the European Heart Journal recommends no more than eight hours of sleep.
Researchers say people who sleep more than that are at a greater risk of heart problems, strokes and even death.
The findings are based on nearly 117,000 adults in 21-countries over seven regions.
There are a couple of limitations to the study, those involved with the data didn’t take info on underlying conditions and participants also self-reported their sleep.
