Sleeping too much can affect your heart.

The amount of time you sleep could affect your risk of cardiovascular disease and early death.

That’s according to a new global study of over 116-thousand people.

It showed people who slept more than six to eight hours a day had an increased risk of heart attack, stroked and death.

And that risk was highest for those who slept 10 hours or more.
